INNOVADE announces the publication of a new research paper in the AIS SIGGreen 2025 Proceedings, now available through the AIS Electronic Library. The paper focuses on how the GreenEDU toolkit is reshaping higher education by equipping institutions with practical tools to embed sustainability into teaching and learning processes.
Innovade, in partnership with CARDET and the IoD, successfully co-organised a series of trainings focused on enhancing digital wellbeing in primary education.
INNOVADE, representing Cyprus, proudly participated in the kick-off meeting of the European project SHE LEADS, held on 12–13 March in Valladolid, Spain. The meeting marked the official launch of an ambitious initiative aimed at empowering young people, particularly young women, by enhancing their entrepreneurial and digital competences through the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
The Final Conference and Meeting of the EPIC project took place in Sarajevo on 17–18 February 2026, bringing together stakeholders, partners, youth workers, and young innovators to reflect on the project’s achievements and long-term contribution to social entrepreneurship across the Western Balkans. The event was hosted by SMOC, with the support of CARDET, and convened approximately 60 participants.
As the EPIC (Entrepreneurial Citizenship for Social Change) project officially concludes this month, it marks a significant milestone in empowering the next generation of social entrepreneurs in the Western Balkans. Supported by the European Union, the project has successfully transformed the landscape for youth organizations and young changemakers in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Kosovo.
Between December 2025 and January 2026, the EPIC project (Entrepreneurial Citizenship for Social Change) successfully concluded a series of three dynamic National Hackathons across Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, and Kosovo. These intensive two-day events served as incubators for innovative social business ideas designed to tackle local community challenges.
Following the development of the EPIC Training Curriculum on Social Entrepreneurship and the completion of the Train-the-Trainer Workshop and Study Visit in Athens, Greece, the EPIC project advanced to its next crucial phase: the implementation of training activities at local level. These trainings translated the project’s educational resources and methodologies into practice, directly engaging youth workers and young people across the Western Balkans.
The EPIC project has reached an important milestone with the successful pilot implementation of its newly developed EPIC Toolkits through a series of workshops held in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, and Kosovo. The workshops brought together young people and youth workers to test, validate, and refine key project resources aimed at strengthening social entrepreneurship ecosystems.
The StayConnected project proudly concludes its two-year journey, leaving a meaningful mark on how organisations across Europe navigate hybrid work and promote digital inclusion.
As the GROWS project enters its final phase, partners across six European countries successfully delivered a series of national workshops and a final conference, engaging over 230 VET teachers, trainers, students and education stakeholders.
