The StayConnected project proudly concludes its two-year journey, leaving a meaningful mark on how organisations across Europe navigate hybrid work and promote digital inclusion.
Following the highly successful national event in Cyprus, where the project’s most innovative tools and resources were showcased, the momentum carried through to the final international conference in Sofia. There, partners from six countries came together to share insights, experiences, and best practices, highlighting how thoughtful management of hybrid teams can strengthen employee wellbeing and boost overall productivity. With all its resources remaining openly accessible, StayConnected continues to inspire and equip organisations striving to build more inclusive, resilient, and digitally empowered workplaces.
